A campaign is a label for outbound text message.  This label is created when creating a new message and can help you keep track of the mass text message you send.

Here is an example:

Is the first of the month and you want to send out a special offer to everyone that has birthdays this month.  You click on compose and use your List you have created called ‘Birthdays Current Month’. Under ‘Name’ you title your campaign ‘Current Month Birthdays’.  You then compose your message and send.

After your message is sent you can now click on ‘All Messages’ and see your campaign name and the number of contacts that your message was delivered to. In this example 3 people received my message.  Those three people can now start a two way conversation with your business if they have any questions!
